Filter, pivot and chart your Confluence tables

Tablewright turns a table on the page, an attached CSV or JSON file, or pasted data into an interactive table or chart, all from one macro. No spreadsheet export, no extra macros to nest.

What you can do

Use the data you already have

Pick a table on the page and it stays live as people edit it. Or use an attached CSV, TSV or JSON file, or paste a small dataset.

Save the view that matters

Text, pick-list, number-range and date-range filters are saved with the macro, so every reader starts from the same view.

Summarise in seconds

Group by one column, split by another, then Sum, Count, Average, Min, Max or Median, with totals.

Chart it

Column, bar, stacked bar, line, area, pie, donut and KPI cards, on their own or above the table.

Let readers explore

Anyone who can view the page can sort, filter, search, page and export CSV, without edit rights.

Your data stays put

Nothing is stored or sent outside Atlassian. Each viewer only ever sees data they are allowed to see.

Questions

Does Tablewright store or send my data anywhere?

No. Tablewright reads the table or file with each viewer's own Confluence permissions, works on it in the browser and never stores or sends it anywhere. It runs entirely on Atlassian's platform.

Which data sources can I use?

Any table already on the page (it stays live as the table is edited), an attached CSV, TSV or JSON file up to 4 MB, or up to 200 rows of pasted data.

Can readers filter the table without edit rights?

Yes. Anyone who can view the page can sort, filter, search, page through and export CSV. Their changes are temporary and never alter what others see.

Which charts are available?

Column, bar, stacked bar, line, area, pie, donut and KPI cards, on their own or above the table.

How much does it cost?

Free for up to 10 users, with a 30-day free trial on paid tiers through the Atlassian Marketplace.
